The Reflection is the most maneuverable sea kayak I have ever paddled. So it´s my preferred kayak in rough conditions and when surfing. The low weight and responsiveness gives me the best control I have ever had in any sea kayak. The only thing I am worried about is getting it near rocks, as it seems to have a fairly thin layup. It might take more damage than I think, but I try to keep it away from rocks. I have yet to try a sea kayak which can turn on a dime like the reflection, it is quite impressive to be honest.
All in all I am very happy about the kayak and I´ve posted several videos of it in surf on YouTube.
